By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
We sell automotive accessories sourced from international suppliers and brought to the UK market. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information without prior notice.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur.
Orders are placed and payment processed via Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
A contract between you and AUTO BITS UK is formed when we confirm your order and dispatch your item. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 working days. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control.
You will receive a dispatch email with tracking information once your order has been sent. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Our full returns policy is set out on our Returns & Refunds page. In summary: you have 14 days from receipt to return an item, in original condition, at your own cost. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your item is faulty on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including any return postage costs.
AUTO BITS UK's total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss.
We accept no liability for damage to vehicles resulting from improper installation of our products. Installation is at the owner's risk.
All content on this website — including text, images, logo, and design — is owned by or licensed to AUTO BITS UK. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
