Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at info@autobits.uk with your order details. Once we confirm your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging where possible. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess it.

How to Return

• Email us at info@autobits.uk with your name, order reference, and reason for return
• We will confirm the return and provide the return address
• Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked service
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage — we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit on return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe.

Please note: original outbound shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@autobits.uk with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage where applicable.

Items Not Covered

We are unable to accept returns for:

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
• Items returned after the 14-day window without prior agreement
